Do I have a right of return?
According to the applicable right of withdrawal, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of receiving the goods without having to provide reasons. To exercise this right, you must send a clear statement of withdrawal to N. Ludwig GmbH. The return of the goods must be made within this period. You bear the costs of returning the goods unless something else has been agreed upon in writing. The refund of the purchase price will be made within fourteen days of receipt of the withdrawal statement, provided that the goods have been returned in their original condition (unopened). The delivery time is 2-3 working days from receipt of the order, excluding force majeure.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are € 5.80 for Austria and Germany. Delivery to these countries is free for orders over € 75.00. For all other EU countries, the shipping costs are € 13.00. Delivery to all other EU countries is free for orders over € 150.00.
How are the packages sent?
The packages are sent by our logistics partner via Austrian Post.
Where do I get the tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email.
What payment methods are available?
You have the option to pay for your order via PayPal, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer. The desired payment method can be selected when placing the order.
How do I receive the invoice for my order?
Your invoice and delivery note will be included with your shipment.
Which countries does Nikolaus Nature ship to?
We ship to all EU countries. Shipping to third countries is not generally provided for due to customs regulations and cannot be carried out via the online shop. Please contact us regarding shipping to third countries by phone.
Are my data stored?
We process your data exclusively in accordance with legal regulations. These are collected and stored solely for the purpose of processing your order and for our marketing purposes. Your data will not be passed on to third parties.
Do I have to provide my email address?
Providing your email address is necessary for processing your order, to inform you about the status of your order, or to contact you in case of problems with your order.
How can I redeem my voucher?
You can redeem your voucher both in the shopping cart and in the final step of the ordering process.
Where are the products manufactured?
The raw materials are processed and bottled in Austria.
What quality do the products have?
The products are of premium quality, made with natural ingredients, free from genetically modified substances. The company is CO2 neutral. How can I stay informed about new products and promotions?
You can receive information about new products and promotions via newsletter to your email address upon request. You can also sign up for our newsletter during the checkout process of your order.
