Corona and psychomental resilience
In times of increased and long-lasting stress, such as the current corona pandemic, it is important and sensible to pay attention to strong psychomental resilience.
This not only protects me from anxiety and depression , but also my entire immune system and disease defense system, because stress is known to make people sick. Or rather, stress promotes illness by weakening the immune system.
What can I do?
I can achieve a positive mindset by consciously indulging in small pleasures in everyday life, such as spending time in nature and doing sports, but also by directly influencing my neurohormonal system to help it better cope with psychological stress.
What do I mean by this:
