How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
As soon as we receive your order, we'll start processing it immediately. Your package will typically reach you within 2–3 business days (applies to deliveries within Austria and Germany). Please note that delays may occur in exceptional circumstances such as force majeure – however, we'll keep you updated at all times.
How much are the shipping costs?
We want your order to reach you quickly and safely – and at fair prices:

We deliver free of charge for orders over €75.00 .
📦 Other EU countries: € 13.00 shipping costs.
We deliver free of charge for orders over €150.00 .
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped safely and reliably with our logistics partner, Austrian Post . So you can rest assured that your package will arrive quickly and safely.
Which countries does Nikolaus Nature ship to?
We deliver reliably to all EU countries . Shipping to countries outside the EU is currently not possible via our online shop due to customs regulations.

How can I redeem my voucher?
Redeeming your voucher is easy! You can enter the voucher code either directly in your shopping cart or during the final checkout step – the discount will then be automatically deducted from your total.
Do I have a right of return?
Yes, of course! You can return your order within 14 days of receipt – without giving any reason. All you need to do is send us a short notice. The return must be made within this period, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed. Important: The goods must be unopened and in their original condition .
Once we receive your return, we will refund your purchase price within 14 days .

Where do I get my tracking number?
As soon as your package is on its way, you'll receive an email with your personal tracking number . This allows you to track the delivery status at any time.
