Omega 3 Kapseln

Zuletzt hab ich mich mit einem Biochemiker, Freund meiner Familie, unterhalten und der hat mir etwas ausgesprochen wissenswertes und interessantes über Omega 3 erklärt. Deshalb Omega 3 in Kapseln da es hier zu keinem Oxidationsprozess kommt, während in offenen Flaschen das Omega 3 oxidiert und daher ranzig wird. Ganz gleich ob es im Kühlschrank oder duknel gehalten wird. Sobald Sauerstoff dazukommt reagiert es, bei jedem Öffnen wird es "schlechter"! Deshalb vertraue ich weiterhin auf NN OMEGA 3 Kapseln! Unabhängig davon, sie wirken bei meinem Bluthochdruck!
