A power kid. Childrens organisms demand dietary regimes that are particularly rich in both variety and nutrients. Children need nearly the same amounts of vitamins, minerals and trace elements as adults. Providing our children with a constant supply with all the relevant nutrients should be our very highest priority during their growth phase, and to ensure strong development. Frequently, however, this daily need for micronutrients is not guaranteed in children. In addition to their lower level of consumption compared to adults, the situation can be drastically worsened by childrens preference for fast food, sweets and sugary drinks.
Warning: No substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
